The Workbook
The Workbook is the first of three books that make up A Course in Miracles. It contains 365 lessons, each of which is intended to be applied on a day-to-day basis. These may be challenging at times, but the Course teaches that such challenges are essential for our growth as spiritual beings.
The workbook also introduces a number of terms that are new to many students, and offers some helpful clarifications as well. For example, the workbook suggests that you don’t attempt more than one lesson per day, but this is not mandatory, and some students choose to repeat an especially inspiring or moving lesson several days in a row.
